Building a pipeline of sustainable energy projects in Chile

IT Power along with BASE and POCH Ambiental have begun working on a project, building a pipeline of sustainable energy projects for the International Finance Corporation (IFC).

The IFC is seeking to support enterprises investing in non-conventional renewable energy for self-supply and energy efficiency projects in Chile.

The IFC has asked BASE, IT Power and POCH to build a pipeline of potential investments. Two types of projects are eligible:

• Self-supply projects with non-conventional renewable energy
• Energy efficiency projects with >15% greenhouse gas savings

All projects should have an internal rate of return of >10%.

NOTE: This project has now been completed and the partners are no longer seeking potential projects.
