Claire has over 15 years of experience in environmental consultancy, primarily involved in providing support for a wide range of real estate, and merger and acquisition transactions throughout UK and Europe. Claire specialises in comprehensive buyer and vendor Environmental Due Diligence (EDD) and providing pragmatic advice to clients on the commercial risks associated with property assets. She has experience of project managing from all sides of the deal whether it be for acquisitions, divestment or refinancing. Claire has an excellent understanding of the practical application of UK and EU Environmental Legislation and has worked across a wide range of industries.

Claire is also an accredited Level 3 and Level 4 Non Domestic Energy Assessor (NDEA), qualified to provide Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for properties throughout the UK. Claire is also a Section 63 Advisor and can provide Section 63 Action Plans and Display Energy Certificates (DECs).
